Rhonda J. Meyers, M.Ed. is the heart and voice behind The Heartfelt Way. A visionary leader and entrepreneur in Early Childhood Education, Rhonda brings more than 35 years of experience supporting children, educators, and programs that shape our future. She is the co-founder of Heartfelt Impressions Learning Centers and ECE Subhub, where she blends business strategy with deep respect for the people doing this meaningful work every day.
With a Master’s in Early Childhood Education from Oakland University, Rhonda has spent her career championing joyful classrooms, strong leadership, and workplaces where educators feel valued and supported. As a speaker, consultant, and trainer, she connects with audiences through honest conversations, practical insight, humor, and heart.
Through The Heartfelt Way, Rhonda shares stories, reflections, and conversations that inspire listeners to lead with purpose. Beyond her work, she treasures time with her five children and her role as “Grandma,” which continually grounds her in the why behind it all.
