CREATE A FAMILY PHOTO ALBUM
Look through old photos and let your child help create a scrapbook or digital slideshow. Talk about family traditions, favorite memories, and loved ones.
MAKE A FAMILY TREE
Draw or craft a simple family tree together. Add photos or drawings of family members to help your child understand and appreciate their roots.
WRITE A LETTER OR DRAW A PICTURE
Help your child make a card or letter for a loved one! Maybe think about the family member who lives far away? It’s a sweet way to stay connected and show love across the miles. Let your child write their letter, or draw pictures of things that remind them of that family member!
LIVING ROOM CAMP-IN
Build a blanket fort or set up sleeping bags indoors. Make popcorn, tell stories, and “camp out” together – no tent required!
TIME CAPSULE CREATION
Work together to create a family time capsule! Fill it with drawings, letters, a favorite recipe, or photos. Seal it and decide on a day in the future to open it together.
