At Heartfelt Impressions, we know life doesn’t always follow a perfect schedule. That’s why we offer Heartfelt Flex Days — a way for any family (whether currently enrolled with us or not) to request safe, nurturing, play-based care on days outside of a regular schedule.
Flex Days are:
- Available by request through our online booking system, Hopping In
- Open to both enrolled Heartfelt families and the public
- A pay-as-you-go option, so you only pay for care when you need it
Your child will enjoy the same Heartfelt experience of learning, discovery, and joy — with the flexibility your family needs.
How It Works
- Choose your campus below to access the booking system.
- Create an account and complete an emergency card (required before confirmation).
- To request your Flex Day through Hopping In follow these steps:
• use the “Find childcare” tab to JOIN the Heartfelt location you want
• use the “Transactions” tab to enter your payment/card info
• use the “Dashboard” tab to select a child and book a spot — this will allow you to choose location/room/date from the calendar AND upon reviewing your spot you will download and then reupload our Emergency Card form - Wait for Director approval to confirm your child’s spot.

Flex Days are offered at a higher daily rate than standard tuition. This reflects the flexibility of booking and ensures we can maintain the same quality care and staffing ratios. Rates are visible when booking through Hopping In.

- Wait for Director approval — you’ll be notified once your spot is confirmed.
Not quite yet! Each request must be reviewed by the Director to ensure availability and safe ratios in the classroom. Your spot is only confirmed once you receive approval.
Flex Days are designed to support families with occasional needs. They’re not a replacement for regular tuition schedules, but they’re perfect for last-minute changes, appointments, or extra care days.
To keep every child safe, we require a completed emergency card. If your child is new to Flex Days, we’ll provide this form right away when you request care.
Cancellations must be made directly in the Hopping In system. Policies may vary by campus, so please check with your Director for details.
